Meaning of yoga:

As per Rehab Yoga, there is no particular definition of yoga. The word yoga comes from the word “yuj” which means “to join” or “to yoke”. If we talk about the philosophical aspect of yoga in which it is all about the “conscious connection” and how to eliminate anger, negativity etc from ourselves. yoga leads to the path for eternal happiness, joy, and optimism.

Things to remember before doing yoga:

• Eat half an hour before doing yoga: it is very important to always eat least half an hour before the
doing yoga. When we start doing yoga immediately after eating the food, our body is unable to perform
the asanas well. our stomach is not able to digest the food properly, therefore, asanas cannot be
performed comfortably.

• Should not do yoga if, a body is too tired: one must definitely look into this thing that if a body is too
much exhausted or tired then one should avoid doing asanas. By doing soo person will not get the 100%
outcomes. In order to get the best results, one must perform it after taking proper rest.

• There must be no disturbance: yoga can never be performed in those places where there is loads of
noise and disturbance. One must perform it where there is all silence so that he can easily focus on the
asanas he is doing. Noise will distract the person mind and eventually it becomes difficult for him to do it
correctly.

• Wear comfortable clothes: this is one of the most important things that one needs to be careful
about. Always wear comfortable clothes while doing asanas. Make sure that the stuff of all the asanas
should be of good quality so that it should not cause any discomfort.

• Keep your self-hydrated: another very important thing which needs to keep in mind before doing
yoga is to always keep yourself hydrated as much as you can. When a body is hydrated it has the ability
to perform way better than the dehydrated body.

So, today in the unhealthy lifestyle way of living life, yoga has become very important part and parcel of our lives. It is very easy to learn the correct postures for the asanas either one can go learn it from youtube etc or can join professional classes. But one should definitely try to indulge in the habit of practising yoga on the daily basis.
